I’m not sure about Lisa Knapp so retreated to a tried and tested musician, although a new album to me as Qobuz only had three tracks. Although I realised that i had the title track on an album by Moya Brennan, Misty eyed adventures.

Hometown Girl , my favourite complete album, by that I mean many later albums have stronger tracks but this album seems to be a bit more than the songs that make it up

I have the box set, I suppose I might have a few too many FC albums, 55 on the NAS as well as the vinyl ones.

Well spotted! The only tracks missing from the streamed version are live BBC Old Grey Whistle Test and John Peel shows. I do however have many Fairport CDs.

A real shame that Cambridge Folk festival has been cancelled this year following a loss of £320k at last years event. It’s due to return in 2026, let’s hope it will be held for many years to come.
