Hi all, whilst enjoying a bit of annual leave, I binge watched The New Pope over the last few days and was blown away by it in many respects, not in the least by the great soundtrack which mixes dedicated music written for the series as well as some very well chosen tracks by other artists. The first six episodes start with the very catchy Goodtime Girl by Sofi Tukker. There are also great fragments of Peter Gregson’s Bach recomposed. I was wondering what other members thought of the music used for this show.
My husband bought the Sofi Tukker album (Treehouse) on the back of that soundtrack. Gives the system a good bass workout!

I can imagine with those heavy synthetic bass tones! Have yet to play the other tracks on that album which is available on various streaming platforms
