You might have something there as prolonged digital listening can be tiring while long sessions listening to analogue are more enjoyable and less exhausting.
Queen Ifrica - Climb
I have another one of her albums and I don’t think it’s as good as this one.
Cheers
The misti-in-roots album was a great compilation and soul jazz records do some freat reggae esp the roots compilation vol 1, vol 2 and 3.

Similarly this compilation is equally essential rounding up some of the best contemporary roots productions of “Bobby Digital Dixon” who’s released included those of the wonderful Garnet Silk who was poised for big tings before dying in a fire at his home. Movingly news reported that his body was found hugging his mother..

Bobby Digital produced Garnet Silk’s debut album Its Growing..
The title track of which used a modern “Digital” version of the classic Studio One Moving Away riddim as voiced by Ken Boothe..

Another great contemporary roots label was producer Richard “Bello” Bell’s Star Trail and one of the jewels in the Star Trail crown is the debut and still best album from Everton Blender Lift Up Your Head released by the quality Heartbeat Label.
