Got a decent write up on the new Doom Charts so I thought I would give it a spin.
Very, very decent indeed. Great female vocals, a lot of Hammond sounding keys, fuzzy guitar riffs and overall production is very good.
Fuzzy stoner with slight psych tendencies and a bit of Sabbath worship. What’s not to like.
Definitely going to be a Bandcamp pick up this weekend.

Just found this thread. Some excellent recommendations so thanks one and all. Here’s a few from Dead Meadow. Insanely good and heavy live if you’re ever lucky enough to catch them on tour.
My highlights on here are Indian Bones and the impossibly groovy Greensky Green Lake.

Wow the Solace album is really great. I hadn’t actually listened to any of their stuff since the 13 album back in 2003 but this is crushing. Bandcamp purchase is incoming. Thanks for the recommendation

Green Lung ; Black Magic Radio + 2
3 tracks from the upcoming new album by Green Lung. Cracking good grooving stoner rock. Keyboard solo in the middle of Necropolitan Line just screams John Lord or Don Airey.
If the rest of the album is as good as this they could be my pick for AOTY again this year.
