The Uniti Nova remote and external servers

Shortly after I purchased my Uniti Nova, I paired it with the remote. Then I put the remote in a drawer for two years.

Still stuffed with American turkey and with some time on my hands, I pulled the remote out this afternoon and decided to test it. The one thing I couldn’t figure out was how to access my external media server. Is that possible with the remote? If so, what am I missing?

On a similar note, if I plug in a USB drive and turn on the Nova’s server capacity, can I select the USB connected server using the remote?

The remote control cannot be used to access the Server, Tidal or Qobuz inputs. I suggest you stick it back in the drawer.

Yes, it’s pretty sad how non-functional the remote is. I might as well have just bought an ND5XS2 vs my NDX2.
