Why strange? Naim is part of the Vervent Group.
Ah. Barco’s the holdco for VV. In my head I thought it dissolved in the transaction. Nevermind

Hi Richard, is the Naim website down? I tried this morning and again at lunchtime and cannot access it… I get a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” error message…
It is down. For how long, who knows. A 5** class error is always something returned by the actual server or it’s proxy. So it means the host is reachable but intentionally responding with unavailable.
I’ve seen that too and have emailed Naim.
Or they forgot to pay the bill 
Or they’re about to launch a slew of new products…… perhaps not.

Unfortunately it looks as though the person who might know is off today, so we won’t know what is happening now until Monday. The Focal site though, looks fine which is odd as I’m pretty sure they are essentially run in parallel and both administered from France.

Thanks Richard. Naim should regain control over own website… Having a website down more than one hour, let alone for 3 days, is just not good enough… sorry…
