Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to the one I encountered this afternoon using Tidal connect on the Naim app on my iphone to a Muso 2. In short the album I was playing started about 50 seconds in and was skipping to next track after about 30 secs. Not to the start of the next track either. So I tried running Tidal’s own app via Bluetooth bypassing the Naim app altogether and there was no problem. Went back to the Naim app without disconnecting bluetooth and it’s fine too. Playing same album on my Mac mini via Tidal/bluetooth on the main system is fine too. As is using Tidal connect on Dts-play app on phone to my Audiolab 6000N. So I then started again from scratch with the Muso, playing some other albums at random directly from Tidal connect on the Naim app. No problems. Tried the “problem” album again and it now played from the start and didn’t skip forward. Curious. So I switched everything off and started again from scratch, and the problem is there again. If anyone has had a similar problem I’d like to know, and if anyone has a muso or qb and would like to see if they get a similar result the album in question is The Bath Concert by Van Der Graaf Generator.
