Is there anyone from Naim that can explain why this Tidal connection continually locks up the ND555?
Spotify works fine every time but your tidal interface is somewhat flawed.
Powering down the streamer each time I use tidal is not acceptable and it seems Tidal get a lot of topics on here so clearly lots of flaws or bugs.

Hi Richard, no not contacted Naim support. I’ll research how to do that hopefully they can help with these issues
Go to the bottom of the page and perform a mouse click on ‘Support & Information’ under the Customer Support heading and you will find some resources and email address listing.
