My iOS does not allow me to install the last version of app.
Since the latest firmware update, I haven’t been able to log in to TIDAL within the Focal Naim app.
Have you updated the App to 7.5.1 ?
Try closing down and re-starting the App and all devices including router
Unfortunately it stated than i need to have at least 16.0 iOS . Othervise i have to install the letest compatible veriosn but it does not work. I seems that i have either to buy New iPad or use Tidal connect that i do not like🥹
Of course, cheers Simon

Top wife !
This impacts me too - I have an older small iPadMini that is limited to lower IOS and runs the old Naim App fine for local stored music and used to work with Tidal, but now will not work to tidal.
I also have a more up to date iPad that runs the latest IOS and updating the App on that works with the fix to Tidal.
So it will cause some customers to have to buy a new controller for their HiFi when using Tidal unless Naim have a faw to upgrade the legacy older App that still works otherwise on the older IOS devices.
Personally it is annoying but I can get Tidal - and am glad it is not my main source for music replay if it can get pulled like this.
DB.
Thank you. Mine has 15.8.4 ![]()
Just remember this is caused by Tidal changing their log in requirements NOT a change by Naim to the Naim App
What a polava. For no reason I cant get in to my tidal app in naim.
I just want to play music not mess about with technology.
I just had a frustrating occurrence; I had successfully updated the Focal & Naim app on my iPhone 13, also updated on my MacBookPro.
I then tried on my UK iPhone 16 and I couldn’t get past the Tidal login “loop”.
I had updated the app but it still wouldn’t work.
In the end, I completely deleted the app from the iPhone 16, downloaded the fresh latest version of the app, set it up again, logged back in to Tidal and it finally worked.

Blythe, Do you live in Chippy ?
Very near - one of the small hamlets to the south, near Milton Under Wychwood. Why do you ask?
I was born and bought up in Chippy and my Dad still lives there.

Oliveri cut my hair in Chippy!
Still open and run by the son now !! (well was 2 years ago when I last went for a cut there)
Founded by the grandfather, his son & grandson are both still involved !
Proper family business.
It was the son rather than the grandson who cut mine although the grandson was in the shop that day as well.
Yes a great family tradition. My Grandad used too frequent that shop as well
