Currently play 90% of music through Tidal via the Naim app to my 272.
Want to start using the Tidal Masters hi-res files via my computer.
What’s the best way to connect my laptop to my 272 so I can play hi-res files?

You would need to connect the computer via SPDIF to the streamer - either coaxial or optical, depending on what outputs it has. This will give you a partial ‘unfold’ of the MQA file done by the Tidal software. Personally, I don’t find it worth bothering with this in terms of sound quality, but it’s easy enough to try it for yourself.
To get the full MQA ‘unfolds’ you would need an MQA DAC into an analogue input on the 272.
