I have Tidal Hifi subscription and it was working just fine but for the last couple of days Tidal wont connect on ND5 xs. When I try to connect Naim ND5 XS gives “ERROR use naim app” and when I try to play a track from Tidal it says “Can’t Play skipped Track”. Can you help me please with this probelm? Thanks

It seems Tidal have changed something that stops it working with products using a particular streaming platform. Naim have informed them, so hopefully they will get it fixed ASAP.
I will close this thread so there’s no unnecessary proliferation and we can keep posts to just one or two threads.
