Tidal won't stream higher than 16/44 on my Naims

I can stream Tidal at 24/96 to my iPhone via its Tidal app, but when I play the same song on my NSC 222 either through Tidal on the Naim app or via Tidal Direct to my 222, all I get is 16/44. Similarly, my MuSo QB Gen 1 will not go above 16/44. Every setting I can find for Tidal quality is set to Max or HiFi. Thoughts?
