Looking at the early images of the piece,.which is 7m (23ft) high and will house a karaoke machine.
So that visitors can climb inside and sing along to Rockstar Tina Turner classics.
I can’t decide whether it’s monstrous,.brilliant or plain terrifying.
It may be all of these things at once.
Certainly,.it encapsulates all that is bold and bonkers about 21st-century public art.
And perhaps we should applaud Dreamland for trying to inject some fun into what is so often a solemn and serious endeavour.

"The big Eight-Oh is coming up for Ms Tina Turner.
This year,.fans from all over the world will be gathering again to celebrate Tina’s birthday.
For this 10th anniversary,.our traditional Fan Party is setting up camp in Cologne, Germany.
We will celebrate on November 23,.three days before The Queen of Rock’s actual birthday. And we’ll be rocking and rolling the night away at bar Alstadt-Theater im Söckchen, right in the old center of town.
•We will have Tina music all night long,.special performances and one or two surprises.
More details will be revealed soon.
There is no entry fee,.but a donation is greatly appreciated to cover the costs of the location and equipment.

A Private Jet With PINK Caught Fire…!!
A private jet hired by US pop-star Pink caught fire at Denmark’s Aarhus airport on Monday night, with the star’s manager and the six other tour members on board.
The Cessna 560XL had just touched from Oslo on the way to the next gig of the star’s Beautiful Trauma tour in the Danish city of Horsens when it caught fire.
“Pink was not personally on board, but her manager and several other members out the tour were, but it all turned out OK,” Kristin Svendsen, the star’s Norwegian promoter, told Norway’s VG newspaper.

Tina Turner: Buddhist-Baptist
During her childhood,.she entered the Baptist Church every Sunday,but later changed direction to Buddhism.
She says that the common thread in both religions is the same,.and that love has a lot to do with it.

And it can be revealed NRL powerbrokers are in serious talks with her long-time manager,.Roger Davies,.about getting the party started again.
If the deal is done,.it’s expected that TINA will record voiceovers and feature in an extravagant marketing campaign to celebrate the anniversary.
The NRL hopes she will come to Australia at some point,.although that is unlikely.
Tina Turner,79,.is fiercely private and rarely makes public appearances.
But she is still adored across the planet.
The Tina Turner Musical,.which will be playing on Broadway in New York soon having wowed the West End in London…
will come to Sydney next year.
