It’s may be too late if the hex bolt is already rounded out, but Grip Edge Tools fluted hex bits will easily remove frozen hex bolts. Even the Naim ones that haven’t been touched for decades.

Pic a bit blurry to be sure but it looks to be in standard trim. Would help if you could get a better pic of the area outlined in red -
