We can mention our problem with SQ, but the usual response is you are testing functions……leave the SQ to us. The beta forum is not what it used to be imo.

Still Jas Gazza. He wants what we want. Not sure if Steve Sells is part of the listening group. He was fundamental in the NC design right? Paul in IT prefers organic. He has a big say in what gets sent out. Mark R is old school and very much the same. He wasn’t there on the Thursday but he is part of that Roy George esk sound preferred

Yes - but this is naims supplier, not mine 
. And naim - as I think from my experience - should have the right to refuse, if their specifications are not met.
Officially we have been told that it is the best FW ever… sorry - old story. The cut is deep!

It seems that the IT guys have had their work cut out in overcoming things that had to be included but added something negative to the sound. It has taken time but I think 3.11 has achieved it

Indeed. Avoid the drudge work and instead just drink free coffee and pontificate. No customer is sufficiently special that they should sit on an SQ judging panel. That job is for Naim themselves.
