Uniti Atom HE phantom switching

Hi all - new to the forum.

Following the recent update, i have found my Uniti Atom HE has some strange behaviour. It has started to automatically switch from headphone back to main without touching the unit. It has also started feeding the normal loud ‘pop’ into the NAP250DR and through the mains after a few hours use. It will feed the pop to the mains several times over the course of a few minutes with no signal running through.

Has anyone else experienced this and, if there is someone from Naim who can assist, whats a suitable course of action?
