Good to hear, glad that worked for you. It did not make any difference for me, so I’ll continue my talks with the distrubutor and dealer regarding my Atom.

Have you tried changing the batteries?

Have you tried swearing at it, always works for me?

Aye, even tried various brands of batteries. Also varied combinations of network brands, WiFi channels, and connection via Lan. Got desperate and got my hands on a 4g router at one point.

Countless factory resets, even relocated it once to another home, to test it there, in case there would be any sort of interference at my place.

All i know is that after the update in may/June this has been an issue. Tried to ask Naim support for a file to manually roll it back to the version that worked, but never heard back about that.

Theres been another since then which has cleared all the issues I had.
The current version is 3.30

Yeah, I was so happy to see that update land, and hoped it would fix it - but no luck in my case.

Did try a factory reset after the update too, it did not help either.

Based on the youtube video, the problem is caused as the remote control is losing zigbee comms with the Atom. The flash of all lights twice on the remote volume ring is when the remote losses physical communication with the Atom. You have a physical fault on either the remote control or the Atom.

Please contact our helpdesk, referencing this thread and they should be able to give you the support needed. Based on you have changed batteries already, the next natural progression is to change the remote control.
