Uniti Star-Tidal Streaming album art issue

Hello,

About a week ago I bought a manufacturer refurbished Uniti Star to work with my Dali Oberon 7. It sounds very good and I am enjoying it.

However I am having issues when I stream music with Tidal. The album art is showing vertical lines flashing on the Star. This happens on almost all the music’s album art. I have already updated to the latest firmware and completely shut off the amp overnight but it did not help. Everything else on the home screen or radio’s are fine. Is this a known problem with Tidal?

No it’s not a known issue with Tidal on a Star. I also think you need to go back to the dealer for them to sort it out (which will probably mean sending it back to Naim again).

Thanks. I have contacted the dealer. They can send it back to Naim or swap another unit for me.
