Have a error code 313 come up when first setting the unit up, it was downloading an update when this message appeared in the screen and you have no use of any control buttons on the unit or the remote. Any suggestions please
Give Naim support a call. They don’t publish the meaning of error codes, but they will be able to help identify the problem and tell you what you need to do.
Yes I think I will have to, it only arrived yesterday I haven’t heard any music out of it yet well disappointed.
If it’s new and doesn’t work you could just take it back to your dealer.
Have you tried unplugging it, leaving it a couple of minutes and then turning it on again?
Yes have tried that no different, I will give the dealer a call tomorrow
