Hello, I too have this problem - perhaps due to my CD not being used enough but it’s still not good for such an expensive product. The post here suggest you don’t need to open up the casing but I can’t see how that is possible. A youtube video shows someone opening it up and replacing the belt. Any tips? Thanks, Abi
