I’m finding the 4 AAA batteries in my unitistar remote don’t last long - c. 3months. I barely use the remote, controlling mainly via iPhone. Is there some way to put the remote to sleep and waken for use to reduce battery rundown?
You can go to Settings → Other Settings → Remote in the Naim app and disable motion detect. That will mean the remote will no longer light up when picked up but it will increase battery life. Depending the batteries used, 3 months sounds about right when motion detect is enabled.
