So I’ve connected my new star to my nap 250 with custom made cable from Chord Company and everything seems fine however when I play vinyl there is no sound unless I take the speaker cables from the 250 and insert them back into the star. What am I doing wrong here. Turntable is rega planer 2 with rega phono stage.
Have you got the input sensitivity of the star at the right level for your cartridge
Thanks all your replies however it seems the system is working fine and it’s the idiot using it that’s the problem!!!

That’s a fabulous book by Dostoyevsky.
I now have two Furry Star technicians to help with the operation of it. I highly recommend you get a couple to help you operate it correctly.
