Updated firmware to 4.9 but still no iRadio

Check whether your Uniti can run the new Internet Radio - see my post and link above with the special note about original Unitis.

Maybe not understood. Updated to firmware 4.9.40; Using the app version 7.3; but still no iRadios available on the app and on the screen of the NaimUniti list empty

So your Uniti is a eDMP3 (3D) third generation? If so, check that all old presets have been removed and you’ve stopped any old stream. You might also try a reset.

However, if your Uniti is an eDMP1 (1D) or eDMP2 (2D) then you will not be able to use the new Internet radio service and with the ending of Vtuner’s service you will not be able to use it for Internet Radio any more without an external radio source.

Meaning hardware top also after 15 years of use, on the other hand software flop. This may be a reminder for users of Naim products

No, I was not successful. As it was working without problems on my UQ2 and Uniti2, I think the hardware is the problem. The BC SW is 2D12905. I think it has to be the 3D board.

Correct, iradio is not supported in your model.
Obviously you can plug in an external streamer to give you radio, qobuz, deezer etc as needed.

I too have a Uniti2 that no longer streams iRadio. Carried out the latest software update and it’s fitted with the eDMP3 board, as required. But still no luck. Whilst I’m in contact with Naim just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same.
BTW - no change after resetting back to factory settings and wiring my Uniti2 to router.

If it’s version 2, then it does not support the new Naim iradio service. It only works with v3.

My mistake. It is a eDMP3 board board. Though fading, my hope is that it’s a software not hardware issue.
