Naim Atom Unit headphone Edition & Focal Utopia 2022 I am trying to manage the devices using the focal&naim app
My mobile device is iPhone 16
I am a Qobuz subscriber
I can access the Qobuz section of the app, but when I click on songs, they don’t play
I have no problem with Ipad connected to the same network
I have never had problems with an android phone before
Despite numerous attempts for months with naimaudio qobuz and Apple consultants, the problem has not been fixed
Lastly, I sent the log data I obtained through Xcode to qobuz, but no response has been received yet.
Can you help me with this

First of all I would log into Qobuz via the Qobuz app or website and change your password. Then Log out.
Log back in to Qobuz via the Naim app using your new password.
