From time to time I see posts concerning mobile reception (typically for a 4G router setup). I have to admit I’m a massive fan of using a proper outdoor LTE antenna however the issue often arises where to locate the antenna or, if it’s directional, where to aim it. Also, sometimes, you need to check whose service to use for best performance.
I thought people might find the following app (Android) of use.
I use the Windows desktop version as a professional tool with customer advice but the android app is VERY good. If you want to know which operator and which mast gives the best service then it will tell you.
I suggest this purely from the point of view that some people might find it useful; I don’t make any money out of it!
