I am having difficulty setting up my new Virgin 360 remote to control the volume on my Naim AV2.
I have, for the past few years, been successfully using the older type Virgin remote to do exactly this task.
I also have a Naim DV remote.
The virgin setup screen for the 360 remote control requires me to input the first 4 letters/numbers of the AV system model. But it seems that although Virgin have included Naim as a company in their manufacturers’ list, the AV2 does not show up as it is such an old model.
I am hoping that somebody here might be able to tell me which other manufacturer’s remote control could be used, so that I can try those settings.
I can’t be the only one with an AV2 and just upgrading to Virgin 360, so any help would be most welcome.
