A time ago I remember the stream quality was “aac” but now i see this is actualy a “mp3” stream.
Or am I wrong? The advanced audio compression is a little better better i think certainly on lower bit level. Thank you for your much appreciated feedback!

It looks like the station changed their format on 3rd August 2025. Our station uptime scanner also tracks the format / bitrate and generates log entries when they change.
I’m marked it up when it changed in the screenshot
I’ve checked their website and they are using the same URL as us, so unless we ask nicely to the station to move back to AAC I don’t think there is much we can do about this.
Agree though, AAC does sound better than using MP3 especially at 128kbit.
