Can you please elaborate on the differences between the two power supplies.
I’ll have a go… it was over year ago since I heard the two power supplies side by side, so unfortunately I can’t remember everything from the session. However my lasting memory of the Imperium was that it brought even tighter timing and somehow making more space-in-time for more detail to be heard in coherent and natural way. There may have been other improvements that I’ve since forgotten, I just don’t know, but it was this sense of opening the up the recording still further and laying it out in front of the listener that made a big impression on me.
