Those are probably NOS. Blue Note is doing a complete repress of Wee Small Hours in March.
There are at least 20 copies for sale just on eBay I thought people where struggling to find copies around the time of it’s original release anyway good news there are lots of copies around for people now.

Are the eBay ones new retail copies. There are some for sale on Discogs too. For the U.S. they are overpriced, espeically the unopened for some $70.
None of the Tone Poets are technically out of print. They go out of stock and have to wait for a prepress, although some that didn’t sell well to begin with haven’t ever been repressed (like Glamoured, for example).
Yes the ones on eBay are listed as new with immediate shipping dates the same seller has two listings both Tone Poets one has 8 available with 6 sold and the other 3 available with 3 sold also a really big German retailer has 9 copies and a US seller has another 4 copies.
All are under £40 which is within the UK RRP.

I was in London for a few days and hit the shops at Berwick & Broadwick. No one has seen a copy of Wee Small Hours either first or second hand. And Sounds of the Universe normally gets the TP stuff - guy said none were sent out. Just FYI.
Quick edit: I looked on the Germany site and only SSL is available for pre-order. WSH not there (but I did see the repress on the US site.)

I bought a copy on release so don’t need a copy myself but the post you are replying to is 3 weeks old so I guess those sold but a quick google has just showed that Juno has 7 copies for sale today.

Hannah Peel & Beibei Wang - The Endless Dance, due out late May. Only one track available to preview on Bandcamp but I found it so compelling I placed a pre-order.
