After an unexpected blackout, the volume wheel of my Atom does not work anymore.
To fix it I must deeply power off it, disconnect it from the electric power, reconnect and restart it. Have any of you had the same experience?
I don’t think anything will work with a power outage best to wait until it’s back on.

The Atom (and all the other streamers) is a computer basically, so if it doesn’t work properly after a power outage, you should turn the power to it off completely, wait a minute or so and then reconnect the power and let it start up again.
I’ve had this issue twice in the last week or so but not related to a power outage. Had to power down the Atom to get the volume wheel to work again. I still had volume control with the remote.
Mine has just done this again, nothing to do with a power outage.
I’m unable to adjust the volume with the volume wheel on the Atom, the remote and phone volume controls work fine. Not sure if this is relevant, I normally use the remote control or my Samsung S24 to control the volume. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Yes this has happened to me two or three times. Complete power cycle fixed the problem. I use IPad or IPhone to control the Atom.
