This is my Global go to.
Some 20 odd years old. It’s insignia and model number has long gone so I don’t know what it is. I do not see an equivalent in the present line up. Has a 15 degree angle but originally was some 5 degree with not such a visible change from the top shoulder to edge. Perhaps a days worth with the whetstone will bring it back.
Great for prepping crudités.
