What are you listening to in 2020 and WHY might anyone be interested?

I am listening to: Andrea Bocelli “Believe”, Christmas Music For Harp ABC, Gurrumul The Gospel Album and Gurrumul.

The last two on DECCA and have to be heard to be believed. Amazing vocals not just from Australian First Nations People though they have earnt a DECCA Label. Very little English and mostly First Nation language. It really brought out the bass in my Nait XS2 and CD5 XS on CD. I enjoyed a selective glass of of Wynns Coonawarra Estate V&A Lane 2015 for these home Australian First Nations Albums. Great bass tones and instruments plus vocals and the ladies hit nice highs. Purchase them whilst still available. Highly recommended.

If it’s your favourite Dylan try and get hold of the Mofi version done at 45rpm. Absolutely outstanding.

Thanks, I think I’ve tracked down a copy on Discogs.

BDMusic is one of those labels that take advantage of public domain recordings - I wonder how much the artist receives - not a lot in this case when it is free.

Lively start to Saturday. My favourite after the first two albums.

Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado - Come on In
A mixture of simmering, brooding, noir-ish jazz, swampy rock, sultry R&B, uptown funk and house rocking blues. Guitarist, singer and songwriter Risager has a rich gravelly baritone blues voice, the band comprises of two guitars, bass, drums, a pair of sax’s, trumpet and keyboards, and they can play.
