No, but the On a Friday Evening live album which is part of this set is available separately on double vinyl.
Santana and McLaughlin - Live at Montreux 2011
I was reminded of this by Scooter in another place. For some reason this had escaped the net. Currently enjoying it on Qobuz. It lacks the intensity of their album entitled A Love Supreme, but it’s still John McLaughlin.
Thanks Kev Yes I have that already it’s sitting in it’s shrink wrap unplayed perhaps I’ll give it a spin between the football games later.
Hi Dread
Thanks for the reply, Listening to Trenchtown Mix Up as I type and have Heart and Soul queued up next.
Luckily signed up for a free trial of Amazon music HD just before I joined this Forum, so many brilliant recommendations on here and managed to find them all so far. Only problem is getting the time to listen to them all. Suns just come out so going to crank up the volume and open the doors and sit in the garden with a beer now
Hope you have a great weekend
I’m giving this, and some of the other stuff on the Guardian list, another go.
Jerry Garcia Band - Garcia Live: Volume 16
Madison Square Garden, November 15th, 1991
3xCD|2021
Released Friday, first listen.
Bad Company | 10 From 6 | 1985
A good selection of Bad Co. tracks with very decent sound quality, what’s not to like?
I’m buying her whole catalogue - this sort of thing is right up my street. Love it.
Gladiator soundtrack whilst watching Wales go out, Probably ….
Kefs sounding pretty damn awesome on this.
Should add to the eagled eyed that actually right this moment listening to it on CD as the vinyl was just to hand and makes a better picture, hence tonearm in the parked position.
It was in the Guardian list. A 5 star recommendation from me.
Credit where credit’s due.
The SQ, the space in the production, and her voice are all quite sublime.
