I think you might need to edit the metadata (artist = unknown).

When I transposed my HDX files to play on an NDX years ago it produced Flac files with all the correct metadata, along with a folder called ‘folder’. Folder has the same library, but as WAV files, but with bits of metadata missing.

I just live with it.
