Had to check my files to see if I actually owned this and yes bought on vinyl in 1991 but probably not played in over 25 years. Strange because this stream shows it to be quite good and features Michael Stipe, Bill Laswell,Richard Thompson on guitar and many other good musicians.

Teenage Fanclub - Endless Arcade. Good to see that TFC are still around making music, but I don’t think they’ll ever make a better record than Grand Prix.

I agree! That’s exactly why I am so amazed by Beverly Kenney’s work.

Boring DK?! Sounds like you have seen her in concert. I would love to see Beverly Kenneth perform. Especially her song I hate rock & roll.

Thanks @ewemon. Definitely very intrigued by her work and life. Also how she was going against the grain singing jazz when rock & roll was taking over the world. So grateful some have taken notice and set up a website about her.

Playing this, which I thought I knew inside-out, on the 555/552 for the first time. The new insight is just fantastic…so much more musical layering and complexity beyond ‘the tunes’. Just brilliant!
