Sufjan Stevens “Reflections”. Not what I was expecting, but a refreshing change of pace. Now I’m going to have to find the story behind this composition!

The beauty of the posts in the forum is finding things you’ve never heard of but instantly love.

Thanks to @Steve_S for posting in the downloads thread.

This is really lovely acoustic/folk rock:

From 1995 we have

Panasonic RX-DT75 ‘Cobra top’
Radiohead - the bends
Pulp - different class
Blur - The great escape
Oasis - (What’s the story) morning glory?

A good year for music, and a good year for me (I had just turned 21)

Ah yes, good old Marvyn, when he was still a wild child, before he became a Sufi. Stonking guitarist.

I bought this LP when it came out in around 1989
Today I thought, as I do not listen to a lot of classical music, I must give it another listen.
Played the CD rip through (recently new) NDX2
I really loved it, the performance is lively and Perkins’ playing is lovely !!!
Perhaps difficult to get nowadays ?
