Cranberries. 1993. Debut album on CD. Not played in a while, forgotten how good it was.
Mrs QS and I enjoying a quiet (well except the music) early evening in the cabin.
Played some of her favourites as this is a rarish visit. Styx (Paradise Theatre), Night Ranger (The Best of…) and now Journey (Infinity), Steven Perry’s first album with the band.
King Crimson | Discipline | 1981
I fancied some 'Crimson so I’m joining @Tony with this fine sounding Toshiba ‘Black Triangle’ rip.
In a rush to put the second Cranberries album on whilst we ate, I put this on in error. Never mind, it is quality easy listening. CD.
“We did a live television interview with Donna Air. Her opening question was, ‘So, where did you all meet?’ I looked at my brother and sisters and our hearts sank. If that was the opening question, it could only go downhill from there. It was clear that she knew absolutely nothing about us.” Sharon Corr.
Just given my 70’s version a clean, may well lob on later
Blush by PVA. After seeing them twice at End of the Road I had to really. Post- punk and acid house - very 90’s in a good way
Jimi Hendrix - Band Of Gypsys - CD
Having enjoyed my tea and enjoyed listing to Jimi moved on to this
Cream - Disraeli Gears - CD
