I read that thread Stevie. I tend to treat reviews/reviewers with a certain degree of suspicion! I have always regarded Japanese presses and Im glad yours is up there. I can’t compare different versions as I only have one copy of LZ ll, my old orange/plum label, A2/B5. It’s a bit worse for wear but still sounds terrific

@Anonymoot and @QuickSticks, I had a disaster the last time I played Hemispheres!!
I was changing over to play side 2 of my original press, when … I fumbled, it was like something out of a comedy sketch, I frantically scrambled to catch it! But alas to no avail, now the B side is …… well I don’t really want to talk about it

I have done that a few times myself, last time to a fortunately poor reissue of the first Crosby, Stills & Nash.
Total write off as it fell down the back of the rack🤦🏻♂️

My Hemispheres ended up down the side of my LP rack and the wall! Its incredulous that it managed to find its way in there

Norman Cook also known by his stage name Fatboy Slim, English DJ, musician, multi-instrumentalist and record producer/mixer who with The Housemartins had the a cappella cover version of ‘Caravan of Love’ (originally by Isley-Jasper-Isley) which was a UK No.1 single. He was a member of Beats International who had the 1990 UK No.1 ‘Dub Be Good To Me’). Freak Power, who scored the hit ‘Turn On Tune In Cop Out’ and as as Fatboy Slim, had the 1999 UK No.1 single ‘Praise You’.
