Its late … but not too late
Send More Paramedics - The Hallowed and the Heathen (2004, pic disc)
Another picture disc, this time a zombie-themed punk/hardcore/speed metal album that is unadulterated dumb fun. It’s hard not to join in on the moshing when listening to the neck-snapping “Zombie Crew.” And yes, this also sounds great, with tolerable surface noise and heaps of crunch ‘n’ slam.
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, starts with my favourite Elton track, ‘Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding’ Elton and Bernie at the peak of their powers.
Steve Stargazer
What a track …its absolutely epic isnt it
The Story from Ronnie about the wizard the drum’s from Cozy
Blackmores incredible guitar solo
Its just such a heavy track its got to be right up there with all time classic rock tracks
Enjoy Friday and the weekend …love to Belle
And Fairweather-Low - La Booga Rooga - CD (1975)
Happy Birthday - Andy Fairweather-Low - 02/08/48
Andy Fairweather-Low, Welsh singer, songwriter from Amen Corner who had the 1969 UK No.1 single ‘If Paradise Is Half As Nice’. As a solo artist he scored the 1975 UK No.6 single ‘Wide Eyed And Legless’. As a session guitarist has worked with Bob Dylan, Roger Waters, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Elton John, Jackson Browne, Bill Wyman, Sheryl Crow and Ringo Starr.
Joe Bonamassa: Time Clocks
The best studio album he’s made in quite a few years in my opinion. A real return to form.
Edit
Decided it needed a proper play🙂
