Thats a real shame .Like you I really liked him and the music he played.
Thought he was a superb presenter and will miss him.
I used to enjoy his show just as much as Sarah’s.
Its a real loss to Radio 3 isn’t it.

Harnoncourt - JS Bach St Matthew Passion - Tidal 16/44
Split listening into 2 either side of a trip to my parents’ grave with my sister, before going round to hers for family lunch. Glorious uplifting music in my favourite performance.
