‘Up in Smoke’ - Ese & The Vooduu People
Midsummer morning with Ese
Diana Krall, live in Paris. Still my favorite version of “a case of you”. Welcome any suggestions please. Thank you.
Fabulous, I hope you were suitably invigorated by it, after recapturing that moment of youthful exuberance this morning😉
Environments - The Psychologically Ultimate 220 Year Cicada Super Bloom. Field recordings of the current double brood Cicada bloom in the American Midwest, the first since 1803. Strangely fascinating, ambient acoustic, like whale song for insectiphiles.
This has a great version of A Case Of You - Annie Whitehead’s vocals are lovely. Saw them live last week, and Case was their encore, fabulous.
Hejira - Live at the Cockpit
A great album and recording imo.
Gets a lot of play time in my house
Thank you, I do have quite a few including all of the first 30. Here is my collection, with only a couple not pictured. The majority were free from naim, given to me by Paul S / Julian V. There are still few (in mint condition and a good price) that I want to add.
Concerts Under The Dome
Boccherini + Bartok + Brahms + Mendelssohn / 1993 naim / Austria CD / naimcd003
This is a wonderful album from 1987. It revived the ex Byrds principle song writer’s career before his death in 1991.
Wow, fantastic!

The Drifter - Fair And Tender Ladies - Gypsy Rider
Have this haunting beauty about them
The guitar playing is lovely too.
Gene died way to young
OK. Fully converted to the cult of Wilson now. CD just arrived, sounds epic on the 200.
Steven Wilson - Hand. Cannot. Erase.
First play of a new addition to the collection by the Azymuth keyboard player. The sound quality of his recordings has always been very good, and this is no exception - the added bonus here is that the disc was mastered at Abbey Road Studios.
