Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
The pinnacle of achievement from Genesis. Listening here to the 50th anniversary release on Qobuz at 24/96. Such a cool album, although I’m not sure about the mastering on this version yet.

Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
I’ve just done some back-to-back listening between the Qobuz 24/96 version, which I listened to in full (posted above), versus the version on my Core, which is the Definitive Edition Remaster at 16/44.1, versus the original vinyl.
In my opinion the key audible difference between the two digital versions is volume - the 50th anniversary version is a few notches louder. The bass is also more to the fore, but it’s not clear, sounding louder, but quite muffled.
Switching to the vinyl, everything is noticeably cleaner and sounds more realistic. I should point out that I’m not a vinyl junkie; in general I listen to digital more often than vinyl, largely because of convenience, but in the case of this Genesis album the difference is blindingly obvious.
I’d be interested to read what others think of the new 50th anniversary edition.

First play of this since June as I was curious to find out what the added NPX300 would bring to my experience of this recording, WOW → MM and his band really are in the room now!
First play of this new purchase

What a fantastic album and LP, sounds like they are in the room with me!
Prefab Sprout - Jordan The Comeback - CD (1990)
Following the great post from @1GiantLeap, had to play some Sprout
Paddy’s other master piece!
Edit: I should add, one of the most underrated albums - I was going to say of the 90s - but in general imho.

Just arrived yesterday, the fifth LP by Sven Wunder - the alter ego of Swedish musician Joel Nils Danell. The album is a richly orchestrated suite that sets out to chart a vivid, daylong voyage from the first glint of morning light to the fall of night, perfect listening for an otherwise grey Saturday afternoon.
