I am an infrequent poster so missed your sad news, grief is a funny thing, you can be fine one minute and the next you burst into tears.

Not much I can say other than it does get less painful as time goes bye but hopefully the good times are what you remember .

@Rods & @Isca_Dumnoniorum, Thank you for your kind words, up to an hour ago, I felt ok and quite pleased that I had managed to get through the day without losing it, then just before 9 o’clock, just lost it, I can’t explain what caused it to happen, it just did, now just sitting outside in the garden in the cool air.
