This looks fantastic! Have searched the internet for a recipe but not one looks as good as yours. Would you be happy to share your own recipe?
I use recipes as a guide and then improvise a lot. I fry onions, garlic, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, black olives and capers. A chicken stock cube adds to the body and the squid is simmered in this sauce for around 40 minutes. Itβs not complicated but it tastes great. Pasta is an option and gnocchi goes well too.
