Hi @naimophile , I have only one thread describing my HiFi journey (with the Linn Solo 800s) and the concept of that thread is trying to mix English (football) humour with the seriousness of evaluating high performance HiFi.

If you would like me to describe in words the superiority of the Linn Solo 800s, I could do that. But in simple terms, for the analysis assessment I conducted (see my thread) the Linn Solo 800s won that competition of four amplifiers (one amplifier of which was the one I already owned).
In summary, the Linn Solo800 gave me the (next) best value for money (after the amp I already owned), most practical handling (size, weight and form), second best peak power (after Naim), and was the most musically realistic performer.
