New artist to me.

Anyway, now ripped to WAV and will listen to see if I like it.

I’ve had a hi res file of that album for a few years, I’d never heard of him before buying it. It’s a great album and his got quite a few fans on the what are you playing thread.

Funny I find the opposite apart from the odd metadata issue I think buying a download is so easy especially from the likes of HD Tracks etc. also finding CDs is getting harder and harder here.

Another beautifully-packaged Satoko Fujii CD on Libra - this time it’s a collaboration with vibist/marimba player Taiko Saito (under the name Futari), and the album is Underground

Futari means ‘Two People’.

Great Pianists of the 20 Century - ‘Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli I’ (1998). Got this and the volumes ‘John Ogden I’, ‘Sergei Rachmaninov’, ‘Zoltan Kocsis’. £1.00 each from a local charity shop a week last Saturday.
