Where to find drivers for NDX update

I’m trying to update my NDX using a computer to software version 4.8. Can anyone tell me where I can find the drivers for the NDX usb software update? Specifically, I’m getting an error that says I’m missing drivers for “CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Contoller”

Does it not say in the instructions on the Naim website?

Ah yes! It’s not mentioned in the install video but there is a link in the pdf guide.
