Or the Nac 42xo which has the xover included.
Then why did you keep trying to give it the big one if you don’t know what you’re talking about?
Show some respect ![]()
Anyway, best of luck with your system quests.
I hope you find the right amplifier.
I did not read correctly, I respectfully have no worries. And I thought you know the abbreviation Amp not everything well ![]()
Lost in translation.
Maybe English is not your 1st language?
No, i’m from Austria and born in Bosnia
I found Nsats with original stands in Italy, which are on their way to me, and an Atom in Germany. With Kudos KS 1 Cables. They say Nsats are good with a digital source, and yes, I hope I’m happy with them.
I found N-Sats needed much more powerful amplification than an Atom to show anything like their full potential. I thought about using the Atom with a more capable power amp, but in the end I swapped the N-Sats for different speakers that the Atom could drive well.
I’ll try it out, since I like the Atom the best, and I’m moving to Vienna in three months, where I have concrete walls instead of brick. I’m curious to see the difference.
Nsats have arrived, meanwhile with a slightly defective Audio Pro amplifier, but hey, these have bass
Completely different from the ones 3 years ago, I am happy
Which other amplifier works well with the Nsats? I think the Atom is good, but the voices are sometimes screechy. The bass is good, but a bit more would be beneficial.
One of the best times I heard n-Sats was at the Top Audio show in Milan. We had a full 500 series system (as well as a Klimo turntable with one of the longest tonearms I think I’ve ever seen) but the SL2s had been damaged in transit and it was too late to try to get a replacement pair sent, so we substituted a pair of n-Sats on n-Stands.
But I already know that something smaller and affordable ![]()
Small and affordable? Try the NAIT 5i
And 72/140? In the price class 1500~
Sure, although I prefer the NAP110 or NAP160 to the NAP140.
It’s amazing how much better these NSATs are than my previous ones. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the year they were built; these ones are from 2007. I’ll wait until I move to see how they work with a concrete wall. I already like the Atom with them.
If from 2007 then they were likely the ones with the revised crossover.
Would 1,500 euros be too much for a serviced 72/hi/140 combi? Serviced at Lasa
For fully serviced units I would figure on around £4-500 per unit, so that sounds like a reasonable price, but ultimately only you can be the judge of whether it makes sense to you.
