Which sipping rums are you drinking?

My favorite rum is Flor de Cana. I drink the white Seca in my Hemingway Daiquiris.

I sip the 12 and older neat or over ice.

Many of the high dollar sipping rums taste like they are spiked with molasses. Tried the expensive Venezuelan Diplomatico for example. Should have known better than to buy a Communist rum. My mistake Never again. Try them yourself. If they look cloudy or come in a cloudy bottle, stay away.

Sorry about the late reply as I have been away for a few days.The Santa Teresa is excellent with a deep amber colour and I can detect cinnamon,vanilla and prunes in the taste.I have only taken it neat or over ice and it’s very recommendable.
