Why is the screen changing format, when I read a post?

Very irritating that the screen jumps, and change format, when I read a post.

Can I change this?

Hmm thats odd.

No problem seen here on iPhone 16

The iOS issues, such as this, haven’t gone away. I suspect there’s a certain amount of fatigue in reporting them and not seeing change.

Are you using the Discourse App or Safari?

I use google.

Same issue, using an IPhone 17. Was perfect with my old 12

Just opened in Safari instead of Google, works fine now

I have the issue constantly in Duck Duck Go. First world problem and cba moaning about it every day but…

Try using the Discourse App. It’s usually the best way to use the forum with a phone.

Glad it’s not just me, it seemed to have stabilised for a while but now back again.

I agree it is not worth complaining as nothing seems to have happened. I have reverted to using Discourse which appears stable though not as convenient as running through Safari.

Jumping hasn’t changed in iPados 26.4 the latest update today :woozy_face:

just tried Roon forum and it jumps as well, this is the only other forum that I use which is in Discourse. This would seem to indicate a problem with my iPad Pro M4 (unlikely) or a problem with Discourse / Safari interaction.

It would be good to get some resolution to this long running issue.
